
- We will only use any information we have about you in connection with your specific enquiry about Beach House and for future marketing of Beach House. If you don’t want to receive any more information after your initial enquiry, just tell us.
- We’ll need a booking fee (cleared funds) of 25% (£200pw min.) of the cost of your holiday to secure your reservation – this is non-refundable if you cancel later. We’ll confirm your booking to you when the funds have cleared. The balance will be due 8 weeks before your holiday starts and if this is not received, you will lose your booking and your fee.
- We will also charge you £100 deposit with your booking fee which we’ll return in full 14 days after the end of your holiday provided Beach House is undamaged, clean and tidy. But we may keep all or part of it to pay for any repairs or extra cleaning needed. Your liability is not limited to the deposit.
- If you make a reservation within 8 weeks of the start date of your holiday, you will need to pay the full cost of the holiday straight away.
- If you cancel in writing before your holiday starts we will try to re-let and, if we are successful, we will refund your payment, less your booking fee. However, if we’re not able to re-let you will be liable for the whole cost of the holiday.
- If we have to cancel your reservation for any reason, we will refund you in full for everything you’ve paid.
- We don’t accept any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or expense to people or property which happens to you or anyone else, which is in any way connected with your holiday in Beach House.
- We ask you not to cause a nuisance to any of the neighbours of Beach House; we cannot be held responsible for any nuisance caused to you.
- We will provide all bed linen but you should bring your own towels and toiletries.
- One small, well-behaved and totally house-trained dog will be very welcome to stay with you at Beach House but you should not leave him or her there alone at any time.
- No smoking inside Beach House at any time, please.
